Mark Robison

Director of Project Services

Mark brings nearly three decades of experience in the Electrical Infrastructure Construction industry, having held key leadership roles with major firms in the sector.

Over his 29-year career, Mark has developed deep expertise across operations, fleet management, procurement, and project oversight.

His progression through roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Fleet Operations, Purchasing and Project Manager, and ultimately President of a publicly traded T&D Construction Services company, reflects both his technical acumen and strategic leadership capabilities.

Known for his direct, results-driven approach, Mark remains steadfast in his commitment to quality, safety, and reliability—principles that have consistently shaped his work and leadership style.

Jaklyn Garrett

Legal Counsel

Jaklyn is a licensed attorney with a diverse background in multiple areas of law, including environmental enforcement, civil litigation, and corporate business law.

A native of Norman, Oklahoma, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2013.She spent several years practicing law in Oklahoma City before relocating to Georgia in 2019 with her husband, Keith.

After becoming licensed in Georgia, Jaklyn continued her legal career, bringing her broad expertise and commitment to excellence to new challenges.

In the spring of 2025, Jaklyn joined Tyton Holdings as a member of the in-house legal team.

She is dedicated to supporting the company’s mission and contributing to its continued growth and success.

Steve Wolfe
